About the Author

 

Meet Alexandra! She founded Global Ecofeminist in 2022 in hopes of helping the environment and feminism flourish through educating others. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Sustainability from California State University Northridge. She is an avid activist and advocate for environmental and women’s rights in the United States as well as globally. She was curious about these issues, and started researching the connection between them, and found the word “ecofeminism.” Currently, she is pursuing environmental related work fields as well as educating herself on social issues such as environmental justice and women's rights.
